I can actually see a waist there!
I wasn't sure what to expect on this, but I ordered to give it a try and see how it works.
This corset is well made overall, I like the material and how the bones help you shape your waist.
I'm very self conscious about my mid section and I don't like anything tight because it makes me feel and look like a muffin, so I avoid anything that gives attention to that area.
This corset helps to give some shape and look like an hourglass.
I would say, follow the size chart. I took a gamble and ordered a size down of what I was supposed to, and that mistake makes me almost not want to wear it because I can barely breath and the corset doesn't close all the way. But it looks good, at least with this dress. Not sure if I would wear it with pants for example. Specially because of the width of the corset. 1 or 2 inches wider would make it almost perfect.
I also didn't like the snaps at the front, I feel like if I'm trying to readjust the ties on the back, the snaps open up.
Laces are too long and kind of stretchy, this is good and bad at the same time. Good because it is kind of easier to adjust, but bad because they don't feel strong enough.
This is my third purchase from the company. Great quality corsets better than the high end brands I have previously purchased. Would highly recommend.
